Professional Services to be provided

During yoga retreats and yoga classes, dedicated yoga information and instructions specific to Hatha/physical yoga (as well as Mitahara yoga studies and practices specifically during yoga retreats) will be shared.

Student Instructor Relationship

Throughout our working retreat and class relationship we will engage in direct and personal conversations. The Student can count on the Instructor to be honest and straightforward, asking questions and making requests. The purpose of our interactions is to forward the Student’s own education and understanding and to deepen her/his potential for learning. It is the Student’s responsibility to communicate any injuries or limitations. It is also the Student’s responsibility to take care for his/herself and to stay in pain free range of motion.

The Student releases Lead Instructor, Scott Schroeder as well as any and all additional Instructors for classes and retreats of all liability pertaining to the services rendered in the yoga retreat and yoga class relationship. Furthermore, the Student agrees to hold the Instructors free of all liability and responsibility for any adverse situations created as direct or indirect result of the above-mentioned yoga retreat, yoga class, or advice given by the Instructors.

Health and Disclaimer

By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you are agreeing to be in good physical and mental health to attend and participate fully.

Student’s agreement of the Terms of Service indicates full understanding and agreement with the terms as well as your willingness to participate fully and with integrity.

Yoga Retreat Payments: Yoga retreat payments are non-refundable if the booking is canceled but credits for future yoga retreats may be made available.

Yoga Class Payments: Payments made for yoga classes are non-refundable but any additional credits from existing account balances can be used for future yoga classes.

Students may request to reschedule their Yoga Retreat or Yoga Class to future dates with potential credits (minus any upfront costs already incurred/paid for) being made available when applicable.
